processing plant and distribution center is located in Miami,
Florida. With our roots in smoking since 1990, Mirsa has achieved

Our clientele is devoted to Mirsa products because they respect
our high quality standards. Nothing leaves our plant without
complete and thorough approval. In other words, if it’s
not good enough for our precious families, it is not good enough

Company History
Seventeen years ago a vision emerged during the
smoked salmon craze. The love for smoked salmon was the catalyst
to produce the most delicious gourmet smoked salmon, with a
taste and quality, unsurpassed. A delicate smoked salmon that
would complement a dish without overpowering a Chefs’
creation.
A recipe was mastered for our very own smoked salmon, and began
production under the company known as ‘Mirsa.’ Our
salmon truly transforms your common buffet and bagel topping
to a Chef’s companion in creating spectacular dishes.
Mirsa Smoked Salmon became all the rage in South America, appealing
to the Top Hotels and Resorts, Royalty, Heads of States, and
CEO’s of major company’s. Mirsa dominated Latin
America’s elite, and it was time to set sight on America.
Mirsa opened in the United States and was quick to find that
Americans already had their share of smoked seafood companies,
but this did not discourage Mirsa. We remained steadfast on
his path to continue what was started seventeen years earlier.
As fate would have it, Mirsa teamed up with a young entrepreneur,
David Zilberman, who, at the very first taste, was a believer.
David left behind his own corporation to join Mirsa in building
a one-of-a kind salmon company. The challenges would be difficult,
but David knew if the vision was strong enough and the product
remained consistent, the dream would become a reality.
In the past year, Mirsa made another addition to the family,
Mr. Robert Marriott. Rob brings to Mirsa his strong background
in the hospitality industry, as well as his business administration
background; thus making Mirsa complete.
Our success has been overwhelming in such a short period of
time, with an astonishing acceptance level of 100%! We attribute
